Our current schedule is Tuesday – Thursday, 7:30pm – 11pm est with invites starting on or shortly before 7:00pm. There are times that we may run a little over time but this all depends on our progress for that night so please plan your night accordingly.

You are expected to maintain a high attendance at all times.

We require a minimum of 95-100% raid attendance for our core raiders. It is understandable that we all have a real life out there somewhere and sometimes you cannot make it to a raid, you are required to let us know either by posting on the Raid Absence forum or by getting in touch with one of the Raid Leaders.

You are always expected to show up in the spec you were recruited for unless otherwise requested by a Raid Leader to change it for that night. You are to have your gear enchanted and gem'd properly with the best items available. Also, you are expected to have all your reagents and consumables for the night. Yes, the guild does help to provide some of this however; it is not the guilds sole purpose to serve you. Take some responsibility upon yourself and bring your own shit.

Know the current content!! I cannot express this enough! The Raid Leaders are here to lead us into battle, not read you the strats word for word, hand out cookies, hold your hand and sing campfire songs. Get on your game face and know how to handle your business.

While mishaps do happen, you are to be expected to be at your best at all times as you have 24 other people counting on you to do your job. If your performance takes a turn for the worse, be expected to be benched permanently until you can remember where you put your game face.

Going AFK unaccounted for is unacceptable and disrespectful outside of scheduled breaks. If you need to take a bathroom break, grab a drink or chase the ice cream truck.. let us know.

Ventrilo is an absolute must. You are required to have a headset and working mic.

All members understand the fact that a public image exists of the guild based on the reputation their guild tag earns. We have all worked hard for the reputation we have and will not tolerate some nut job screwing it up. You are to treat other guilds like you would like to be treated; with dignity and respect.

Like all things, you will be held accountable for your actions. You are to be expected to hold your head high and wear our tag proud. If you do something to detriment that, a kick in the ass out the door with the removal of our tag will follow suit.

We have a variety of ages and ethnicities in this guild, so keep that in mind when conversing with your fellow guild mates because what you may think to be hilarious could be offensive to someone else.

First thing you need to do to start this process is to register on the boards, followed by reading our guild policies as well as our recruiting policies. Once you have completed that, then proceed to head to our application which can be found here. Copy and paste the application into a new thread within the recruitment forum with your class and spec you’re applying with as the title.

Applications are kept between the guild and you. It will not be displayed for public view as there are some that prefer their privacy.

Once your application has filled out and posted, it will be reviewed by our RO (Recruiting Officer), and of course the GM.

Keep in mind that when you app, we will be looking for a number of things… ie: do you know how to fill out the app properly, is all your gear enchanted correctly, do you have your professions maxed to the point that it will be of benefit to you. If you are having doubts and have questions prior to applying, then contact our RO (Symantha) or our GM (Sabbera).

If your application passes the first step, you will be asked for an in vent interview which will be held by our RO, GM and the appropriate CL. You will be asked additional questions that weren’t on the application and you are given the chance to ask us questions one on one during this time.

If given an invite, you will have a 2 week trial period in which we get time to get to know you and you to know us. This is your chance to make a first impression, make it count ! You are being invited as a raider, we expect you to conduct yourself as such.
